PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

I am interested in uncovering useful information/relationships hidden in databases (any subject).

I enjoy writing, public speaking, teaching, data analysis and learning new skills.

I am known for my quantitative work in the area of software management and software engineering. In particular,

  • identifying the factors which affect the productivity and quality of software development and maintenance projects
  • improving software cost estimation models

I have recently applied my quantitative skills in the field of Finance, comparing the stock market and accounting performance of various portfolios; in Marketing, studying the variables which impact the sales of milk; and am currently working in the area of Organizational Behavior, determining the factors that make a consulting project a success.
